This post from JoeBangles reminded me of something I've been meaning to ask for some time.

You see, I can't understand why on earth men always moan about women nagging, yet from experience it's the men that cause the nagging in the first place!

Case in point - my hubby. I love him to pieces but he is a nuisance. I can ask him to do a job, and he'll not do it. I try my hardest not to remind him as I know he's having a stressful time at work. So, a few weeks later I'll try again. And I won't get a reply.

Then, I'll try asking him several times in the space of one or two days or including it on a list of 'to-do's.

When I still have no joy I give up. Yes, I've become a nag, I've also become totally pissed off. So, I do it myself. By this time though I am very annoyed, I do moan, mutter, clatter and swear, and THAT is the point where hubby comes rushing out and says:
"oh, I'd have done that if you only asked"

Women nag? Yes, but because we have no other choice. If men were to do everything the first time they were asked we'd have no reason to go on. Come on chaps! Sort it out!
