Doesn't begin to describe it. It's Tuesday, I go away on Friday. I've just checked out the Fitfarms.co.uk website and it looks even better. This is a sample day now:

07.30 - Breakfast
08.30 - Hike On Exmoor National Park
12.30 - Lunch
13.00 - Nutrition Workshop (mineral and sub clinical thyroid testing)
15.00 - Biathlon (walk – swim)
17.00 - Tai Chi
18.15 - Dinner
19.30 - Exercise to Salsa - Line Dancing
20.15 - Exercise Workshop 3 or Deep Tissue Massage

so I will really be getting some variety! I'm excited and I must sort out batteries for my camera. Oh, I'm gonna be so fit and knackered on my return!!!!

I've still got stuff to buy, and I need to speak to them to find out if there is net access so I can blog. Oh gosh months of talking and its almost here!
