I came in to work today to bad news. Apparently I may not lose my job, I get the option to relocate. The bad news - not just down the road to Burgess Hill or Crawley, no. I could take a job in Northern Ireland.
Whilst I have nothing against Northern Ireland, I hardly find this as a suitable alternative. Hubby is a born and bred Sussex boy and our family, his job and mortgage, friends etc are all here.
Hardly motivated to work, today Happy is not so happy.

Thanks for the words of encouragement, I'm sure its a lovely place, but its just not where I saw myself heading. In shock still I guess.
Still, as you say, every cloud has a silver lining, and I am sure a new and better option will come my way.
